Q. What steps are necessary to install and setup the ARX POP3 Connector?
A. Use these steps

Q. The console says that the ARX POP3 Connector service is not installed, what do I do?
A. Open task manager and verify that mmc.exe is not running, if so, close them.  Run the Installer MSI and click "Repair".

Q. No mail is being delivered and I am not getting any real status in the event log, what can I do?
A. Try turning the logging mode to Maximum and running a manual mail query. Be sure both ARX POP3 Connector services are running.

Q. Does this software work with Microsoft Exchange?
A. This software will work with any version of Microsoft Exchange and any other Mail server that is a standard SMTP compatible server.

Q. Can you install this program on the same machine as Exchange 2000/2003?
A. Yes, it can be install anywhere you wish.  Most installations are on the same server but you are able to install it on any machine with Windows Server NT4, 2000 and 2003.

Q. Can I install this software on Windows 2000 or XP?
A. Yes, but we do not recommend it and will not support it if there are any problems on a non-server operating system.

Q. Does this software work on SBS 2000 or SBS 2003?
A. Yes.

Q. Does ARX POP Connector expire?
A. The trial version expires, but once activated it never expires.

Q. Can you download from single and global mailboxes?
A. Yes.

Q. How do I activate a purchased license?
A. Enter your information that was used to register you originally into the boxes in the activation dialog.  Enter your activation key in the activation key field and click "Activate"

Q. Is there a limit to how often mail is queried?
A. You cannot specify anything less than 1 minute.

Q. Can I manually trigger a mail query?
A. Yes, Open the management console and click "Options", "Retrieve Mail".
